At Pupsy, we stand behind the quality of our fresh, chef-cooked meals. We want both you and your dog to be completely satisfied with what's in their bowl.

Our Guarantee

If your dog doesn't like the food for any reason, we will refund you for the amount of days left in your plan.

We don't lock you into paying for food your dog won't eat. If you decide to cancel, we calculate the remaining unused days in your current subscription cycle and issue a prorated refund back to your original payment method.
